Artefact, operated by Shane Paola, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

  1. Go to paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout.
  2. Select the transaction and request a refund.
  3. Alternatively, reply to your Paddle order receipt email, or contact our support address shown on the receipt and we will assist.

After the 30 days

After the 30-day window we generally do not provide refunds, but Paddle may still issue refunds in exceptional circumstances at its discretion under Paddle's refund policy.

What happens after a refund

Once a refund is issued, paid features tied to that purchase will be revoked. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
